Positive: The property was nice with own garden and as a plus, 4 sunchairs by the sea. Very nice location with an easy access to a long sandy beach. Short drive (max 1 hour) to visit beautiful nearby cities, like Ragusa, Noto and Marzamemi.

Positive: The area that the accommodation is located is quiet, and the place was clean. The beach is close by, but access is not good.

Negative: The accomodation is quite small, with no real useable family area, so if you are anymore than 2 people, it gets a bit cramped, with no real seating options other than the small kitchen table. I really didn't like the internal security camera beaming down at us in the kitchen so we hung a tea towel over it( there is also another camera outside the building which gave the place a voyeuristic vibe...uncomfortable). The water is about 100m away, but to gain access to the usable sand beach, you have to trek over about 50m of soggy seaweed.

Summary: I didn't like the internal security camera looking at me.

Positive: The property manager, Maria Laura was wonderful, more than helpful.

Negative: Only one point to mention, the hot tub very large and clean, but it solar heated, therefore no sun, no hot water.

Summary: Overall a nice, private cottage by the sea.

Positive: The house comfortably slept our party, the dinner table and relaxing area were spacious. The bathrooms and showers were excellent.

Negative: Kitchen nook by stove didn't allow anyone to help cook, there was no laundry on site, and there was a significant amount of flies in the house.

Summary: Wonderful house, great location but lacking household laundry on a ski trip.
